Through movement, massage and mindfulness, I strive to help my clients find the balance in their bodies and hearts as they journey through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.  Additionally,  I offer infant massage and craniosacral therapy for babies as they transition to life outside the womb.  During private and group classes, parents are taught massage techniques to use with their babies throughout childhood to foster loving touch, communication and overall health.

Mentorship opportunities are available for individuals working in hands-on healing professions through private sessions, group work and practicums.
